Guests must be 21 years of age or older to dine at Red Lantern. Guests age 20 or younger must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older while dining in the restaurant.

Prior to joining Red Lantern’s team, Room Chef Phuc Dong owned and operated Tango Café, and he also has extensive managerial and culinary resort experience. Now, Chef Phuc works with his Red Lantern team to prepare superior Pan-Asian dishes with a modern flair.
Sous Chef John Wu brings more than 30 years of experience to Thunder Valley. With prior experience at Frank Fat’s, Shanghai Fat’s and Koi Palace, he is known for demonstrating positivity, high morale, and a strong sense of team organization within the Red Lantern culinary team. He has extensive knowledge of every item on the Red Lantern menu.
Sous Chef Noi Cheungsomboun has been with Thunder Valley since its first year, helping to establish the Koi Palace (now Red Lantern) as one of the premier authentic Asian restaurants in the region. He has cooked for or owned Chinese restaurants, including the Thai House in Los Angeles, for nearly 30 years. He always strives to prepare a "very good and authentic" Asian cuisine for every customer -- indeed, that defines his chef leadership at the Red Lantern.
