With more than 12 years in the food and beverage industry, Dos Coyotes’ Room Manager David Trexler is skilled in every aspect of restaurants. A self-taught culinarian, David previously owned and operated a bistro in Yuba City before joining the Thunder Valley team in 2011. David has experience in nearly every kitchen on property, including Thunder Cafe, The Buffet, High Steaks, and our sister property Whitney Oaks Golf Club.
Dos Coyotes’ Room Chef Thomas Robison brings more than 20 years’ industry experience. A 2000 Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Scottsdale graduate, Chef Thomas possesses invaluable experience in both culinary arts and hospitality. With his hands-on approach to culinary management, Chef Thomas is revered by both team members and guests alike.
