Richie Hoffman
Assistant Executive Chef Richard Hoffmann brings a wide range of experience to Thunder Valley’s culinary team. Chef Richie has a diverse career spanning 25 years and 5 countries including Italy, Spain, Germany, and Hungary. Having graduated from Gundel Karoly Culinary and Hospitality Institute in Budapest, Chef Richie possesses invaluable international culinary experience. Chef Richie oversees and supports every facet of our culinary team at Thunder Valley.
Freddy Garcia
A graduate of Modesto Junior College’s Culinary Academy, Chef Freddie brings a fresh, chic style to Thunder Valley. As Room Chef of AAA Four Diamond recipient High Steaks Steakhouse, his propensity for sophistication is unsurpassed. Chef Freddie’s 10+ years in the industry have given him the experience and creativity to perfect his craft, allowing for the perfect dining experience at Thunder Valley.
Jose Martinez-Reyes
Chef Jose started as a part-time cook at Austin’s Steakhouse which has become our AAA Four Diamond award winning High Steaks Steakhouse. From very humble beginnings working the line on busy nights, to housekeeping and guest relations, Chef Jose’s style and work ethic inspires every member of the culinary team.
