Gift Card FAQ's - 

Where and how can gift cards be purchased?
Gift cards can be purchased at the Gift Shop and Spa. Gift cards cannot be purchased online and can only be purchased in person at Thunder Valley. Gift cards in the amount of up to $500 may be purchased with cash, credit card or debit card. Comp dollars may not be used to purchase a gift card.

Where can I use my gift card?
Thunder Valley gift cards can be redeemed at the Gift Shop, Spa, and all food and beverage outlets.Gift cards are not redeemable for gaming.

How do I use my gift card?
Your gift card will be swiped at the point of sale terminal, similar to using a debit or credit card.

Can the gift card be used for gratuities and taxes?
Yes. Gift cards purchased with cash, credit card or debit card can be used just like cash, credit or debit to pay for anything on property (except for gaming) and may be redeemed to cover tax and gratuities.

Can I return items purchased with a gift card?
Yes. Return the item to the outlet where it was purchased. The return amount will be reloaded onto your gift card. The return amount cannot be redeemed for cash.

Do gift cards expire?
No. Consistent with California state law, purchased gift cards do not expire. Promotional gift cards will expire based on the specific promotional guideline.

Can I return my gift card or redeem it for cash?
Gift cards are redeemable for just about everything at Thunder Valley except for gaming. Cards may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned.

How do I check my gift card balance?
A cashier at participating outlets or a team member at the Rewards Center will be happy to check your balance for you.

What if I lose my gift card?
Treat your gift card the same as cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Are taxes and/or fees added to my gift card purchase?
No tax is added to the purchase of a Thunder Valley Gift Card. However, applicable taxes apply when redeeming the gift card for goods or services at Thunder Valley.

Can I reload my gift card?
Yes! Simply bring your gift card to the Gift Shop or Spa to purchase the new amount and reload the card.
