Albert Knafo defeats Nick Pupillo heads-up to become the first-ever Bounty Confidential Champion, taking home $33,040 and claiming the final two bounties of the tournament. He opens one envelope with $1,000, there's $1,250 in the other, his total winnings for the day come in at $35,290.
Pupillo earns $20,475 for second place, has two more bounties to claim, they come in at $1,250 and $2,500, plus he also has another $2,500 for total winnings today of $26,725.
Players entered Monday for $1,500 and played down to the 16 players in the money, returning today to try and earn an elimination and one of the 16 confidential bounties revealed once the super-secret briefcase was opened by the sharp security team of Ben Erwin, Matt Savage and Justin Cutter.
Other bounty wins today included:
Kevin O'Donnell with the $25,000 top bounty, a $1,500 bounty and an additional $1,000 bounty; Marty Gorenc with the $10,000 Bounty; CJ Buynan with a $5,000 bounty; Stephen Song with one $5,000, one $2,500 and three $1,000 bounties and Noam Muallum with a $1,000 bounty.
