PLEASE READ: This process removes your website and app account login credentials for your Thunder Rewards account on the Thunder Valley website and the Thunder Valley Mobile App. This process does not fully delete your Thunder Rewards account, account access via Thunder Rewards Self-Service Kiosks, contact information, tier status, offers and invites, comps, or points. Your Thunder Rewards account will continue to operate normally after login credential deletion. For questions, contact the Rewards Center or call 916.408.7777.

To delete your Thunder Rewards website and app account login and password credentials, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Thunder Rewards account via the Thunder Valley Casino Resort website or the Thunder Valley Mobile App.
• Under “My Offers”, scroll down to “My Profile” and click “Edit Login”.
• Click the "Delete Login" button and confirm.
• A verification email will be sent to the email address that’s associated with your Thunder Rewards account.
• To delete and finalize your login deletion, click the "Delete Login" link within the email.
