A graduate of Modesto Junior College’s Culinary Academy, Chef Freddy brings a fresh, chic style to Thunder Valley. As Room Chef of AAA Four Diamond recipient High Steaks Steakhouse, his propensity for sophistication is unsurpassed. Chef Freddy's 10+ years in the industry have given him the experience and creativity to perfect his craft, allowing for the perfect dining experience at Thunder Valley.

Parshav Chanania

From modern Japanese restaurants to contemporary European cuisine, Chef Parshav has a world of fine-tuned culinary experience and education to share with our High Steaks guests. He came to Thunder Valley more than two years ago after training at St. Regis Mumbia in India and spending time at 7 Kitchens in Asia (just to name a few) as he honed his incredibly creative Indian fusion cuisine skills. Chef Parshav’s ingenuity and passion for great food makes him a natural addition to the High Steaks team.

Walter Ring

From San Diego to Northern California, Chef Walter brings 20 years of expertise and creativity to the High Steaks team. Born in the Philippines, he discovered his passion for food early in life and hasn’t stopped exploring different dishes, ideas, and flavors. His culinary talents enhance every plate enjoyed by our High Steaks guests.
